But he still found time to show our curious 5 year old how the “machine” worked. Excellent customer skills backing up a company proven to be the best in the business. PHD is a professional company. They are the best I have had the pleasure to have at my company doing both carpets and tile floors. We hold our contractors to the highest of standards and PHD exceed all of our expectations. If you want a hard working elite floor crew hire them!!!
A couple of weeks ago I had PHD come to my home in Fishers to do some carpet cleaning for me, my rep. was Ernie and when he came to my house he was so down to earth & so easy to talk too. Before he even started doing any cleaning he explained to me what & how he would clean my carpets, assuring me that there was no oder to the cleaner or that it wouldn’t hurt my two dogs.
When he had finished cleaning he made sure he put littles squares of plastic under the legs of all my furnisher, this he said would stop any rusting onto my floor from it being cleaned & wet.
I was ver pleased with how Ernie done the job so well & cleaned up everything when he had the job done.
Well, Ernie just to let you know my husband was pleased with the carpets also, and said make sure you don’t forget the name of that company so we can call them back when we need them again.
So again, thanks for a great job well done!!
